Scholarship Awards will be based on:

 

1. Academic achievement by grade point average, test scores

2. Extent of community involvement

3. Leadership skills

4. Involvement in extra curriculum activities (sports, cheerleading, debate, performing arts, etc.)

5. Writing skills, demonstrated by a 750-word essay
   “Explain the importance of your major in today’s society. Describe how you will give back to your community upon graduating with this major”.

6. Must be a graduating senior at:

   • Waco High School

   • University High School

   • Brazos Credit Recovery
      

7. Must be enrolled as a full-time student. Once enrolled, submit schedule with your name, student #ID, school name and name of financial aid advisor and address.

 

Scholarship Applications will be available:

January 9, 2023
